Right of Cancellation

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

A refund will NOT be issued if any of the following apply:

  • The item has been altered (not all stickers/labels present)
  • The item has been worn or used
  • Original packaging is missing
  • The package is held by customs
  • The 14-day period has been exceeded

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took physical possession of the last item.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.


Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation. We will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not return the goods without postage (unpaid shipping).
  3. Please note that points 1 and 2 above are not requirements for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
